Who can buy on Kurtezy?
Kurtezy is reserved for independent record stores, B2B distribution platforms and vinyl professionals. Signup requires a valid company registration and intra-EU VAT number.
What are your delivery times?
In-stock items ship within 24 to 48 hours from Berlin. EU delivery takes 2 to 5 working days via DHL. Pre-orders ship according to the pressing schedule published on each SKU.
What payment terms do you offer?
Viva Wallet (credit card), SEPA bank transfer, and B2B account on approval (net 30). Intra-EU reverse-charge VAT applies to VAT-registered customers in the EU.
Do you provide a media pack for each release?
Every release comes with a downloadable pack: HD cover, 320 kbps MP3s, sell-sheet and catalogue number. The link is available on each product page.
How do returns and support work?
Returns are accepted for defective products within 14 days. For any question, email [email protected]. We reply within two working days.
